“Devir” is a short romance film about two girls, produced by students from several universities, with an all-women and non-binary crew.

WHO ARE WE?

We are Cinema and Arts students from Pontifical Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro (PUC-Rio), Fluminense Federal University (UFF), Federal University of the State of Rio de Janeiro (UNIRIO), and Cesgranrio College, united to produce a short film through PUC-Rio. With a crew composed solely of women and non-binary people, “DEVIR” is an LGBTQIA+ themed film.

SYNOPSIS

Ana is a 21-year-old student from Rio de Janeiro who found her closest friends in college. Living in a heteronormative environment, Ana has never really opened her mind to understand a question that has always lingered at the edge of her thoughts: her sexuality. Everything changes when she sees Marina.
